Staff exceedingly friendly, polite and helpful with plenty of suggestions for dining/shopping/sites/etc.. booking from afar is always a gamble but they came through for us! "I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visi, highly recommended. "

"Double room with AC, the spring beds are really old, sagging and have not been replaced for years. The bathroom smelt of fags all the time. No kettle to heat up water for infants or make tea. "

"Great hotel. The staff were fantastic, very proud and very friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Very quiet and the passing ships are a nice distraction. Facilities were first class and the smell inside the hotel just stays with you throughout your stay. The location is a little too far from the the airport, but that is a small blessing. I look forward to going there again. "
