"A great old hotel with lots of old world charm. Convenient for Carcassonne airport and a short taxi ride into town. Set in wonderful grounds with a great pool. We were here 20+ years ago and little had changed. Dinner is a special event here."

"Excellent accueil, très joli logement et propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol, la chambre au rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue (bruit sur la rue, pas de clim donc obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre)…"

"Enjoyable stay. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Clean and well presented rooms."

"Très bel hôtel bien entretenu, à proximité de Carcassonne et des sites de la Montagne Noire. Les chambres sont confortables et l’hôtel est calme. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse ou sous la véranda est très agréable. J’y retournerais"

"We had a very good stay at Hotel du Château in Carcassonne. A strong highlight was the team: everyone we met was warm, welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is another major plus, just a short walk from the Cité médiévale. The only minor disappointment was the Wi-Fi signal in our room wasn’t particularly strong. A kettle would have also been good rather than the coffee machine, for those of us who drink tea. Overall, a lovely stay, made...

"Parfait."

"Room was quite small but very well equiped, everything worked and there was a bottle of chilled water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. Pool looked nice (didn't use it but several people did), not much in the way of a garden, small but well stocked bar. Restauarant was superb, really enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was very good, plenty of selection and good coffee from the machine. Hotel was very easy to find."

"Très bon accueil, chambre confortable."

"Excellent séjour. Merci pour tout."

"Lovely room and wonderful shower"

"Personnel accueillant , hôtel propre et calme. Le parking gratuit et sécurisé est très appréciable"

"Room was clean and the place is so peaceful. Meet all the expectations if you’re looking for a weekend getaway or to just disconnect and be in the nature. Will 100% recommend!"
