"Very Dirty Run down room."

"The hotel was very nice. We were very comfortable. The staff was welcoming at check in. Nic was super friendly and cheerful, and made us laugh after a long and exhausting trip. We were impressed with room size and decor. Overall clean and decent for the most part. Breakfast was a nice setup, and food was tasty. Nice selection. Eggs, sausage, waffles,& juices. Coffee was good. They had a laundry room, but we could not do laundry because the front desk did not have quarters available. So make sure to bring quarters. Overall it was a good stay, and would stay here again. We had fun, and had a comfy room to settle in when it was time to relax. Very happy. Thank you!"

"Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. but the heat in our room didn't work. Our room was the only room in the stairwell, right beside an exit door and separated from the other rooms - i was a bit worried about the location at first but it was quiet - which was important to us. Good value for the price we paid."

"Did not have time for breakfast menu because we were shuttled to airport before open. Hotel was perfect EXCEPT I was not aware car parking was NOT included. I am being charged $70 + tax. Should have been quoted in price!!!!!!"

"We thankfully only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We arrived after midnight and it took the woman at the front desk 20 mins to check me and my friend that we travelled with in. She kept taking calls and was moving at an exceptionally slow pace. When we got to our room it was pretty bare bones but given the price it was ok. The issue is that the floors were laminate and covered in a sticky film of some sort. It was terrible to walk through the room and have our socks and/or shoes stick to the floor with each step. Breakfast was fine. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles and pancakes but by that point we were so unimpressed we were just eager to leave."

"We booked the glen room, which had a two person jetted tub. The tub was a nice extra for sure. The bathroom and room were clean, plenty of towels, clean bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
