"The property was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very, very friendly. It was centrally located to the event that I had to go to. I really enjoyed my stay. I am a frequent visitor to Lancaster. They are going on my list as my number one place to stay everything was very clean even when I needed help with the TV, they took care of it right away. The only complaint that I had was there was a spotlight in the back of my room which actually glared through the blinds. I don’t know if they could’ve been turned a different direction or what but very nice property very nice hotel."

"They are in the process of updating the rooms. The breakfast was only bagels and dry cereal. The coffee was way too strong. When we first got there they had a lot of channels but they updated and lost all the good channels. Once they update everything I think it would be amazing."

"Beautiful spot! Fun night staying in a train car! Animals and old fashioned train, Amish buggy rides…add to the whole experience. Train cars are clean but older. Bathroom shower a bit rusty but had good water pressure. Great location if you want to go on an Amish Farm Tour!"

"I loved my and the hotel. It was walking distance from restaurant's and the outlets. I didnt like that they advertise 3 pools and indoor pool, a family pool and an adult pool but they didnt have an adult pool."
