"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

"This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. "I had a wonderful stay at GLOU Higashi Shinjuku. The location is fantastic—super convenient, just steps away from the metro and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable.
