We had a great stay this past week. The front desk reached out before our trip to confirm our arrival time since their front office closes at 11PM, which we appreciated because we had plans before heading to the hotel that night. The check‑in process was quick and easy, and the staff members were attentive and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and didn't have any notable issues during our stay. The beds were a bit on the firm side, so that’s something to keep in mind, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Amenities were fine for what we needed, especially since we spent most of our time at the Disney park anyway. The location was great since it was about a 20 minutes walk to the parks and being on the opposite side of Harbor/Katella area, we didn't run into huge crowds or traffic. Another plus was the free parking! For the price, it's a great value, and we’d definitely consider rebooking for future trips.

Great place and lovely location. Its definitely a more affordable option for hotels/motels that are walking distance from Disney. Only "issue" was there was a bit of hair but i dont think ot was from other customers. Due to where we found them and the staff we met, i believe it was likely just the cleaning staff and got caught as they were cleaning. Everything else looked pretty clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you stay here, be nice to them. We werent in the most social mood after the interstate drive but these are some lovely people.

The staff were fabulous. The room floors need mopping more frequently. We would walk on floors without socks and bottom of our feet were so dirty. I know it’s from people wearing shoes inside but just a better floor cleaning would be great.

Absolutely enjoyed the location, easy walk to and from Disneyland and loved the self parking. The only negative was the walls are thin and can hear the people next door talking even the sounds of the ac buttons when they were pressed. But bedsides that it was a pleasant stay.

How has this hotel received this good of a rating?

I'm not sure how this place has the reviews it has. Maybe it's good in the world of motels but it's the worst hotel I've stayed at near Disneyland. The room is sparsely furnished making it feel cold. The road noise is unbearable. It's so loud it seems like the window is open. The AC/heat unit on the wall was the loudest unit I've ever heard in my life. Sounded like a blender with a blade that's about to fly off. The room smelled like a sewer. The pillows were small squares and were rock hard. The bed was springy. The plug outlets next to the bed were so used they wouldn't hold a charger. The room wasn't dirty but it could have been cleaner. The bathroom door had dirty handprints on it where people would pull it closed. The bottom of the shower could have been cleaner. The towels were the worst hotel towels I've ever used. It's pretty close to Disneyland which is nice but it's not a particularly pleasant walk. You are at the North of the park so you have to cross the freeway. I should have spent another 150-200$ and stayed at a proper hotel.
