"The location is great , the staff is excellent and very helpful, helped us booked palace ticket , museum tickets also helped to get a taxi for us when my uber price is ridiculous to go train station . "We love this hotel and stay here everytime we come to Madrid. The location can't be beat. The staff are lovely,warm and friendly. There is a nice common area on the top floor with simple offerings including coffee and bisuits or o prepare food. The rooms are of a decent size and functional."
