"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."

"Beautiful stylish hotel. Rooms are exceptional. We had interconnecting rooms for our family. Rooms were large and fantastic interior design. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. Well centred but in walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food.Thank you for an enjoyable stay! "

"Nice location. Very walkable to great sites and restaurants. The room was clean and staff were very nice. The lack of air conditioning made our room very hot at night on a 75 deg F day. "

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However, one downside was the lack of luggage storage. I had a two-hour wait before my flight, and it would have been very convenient to leave my luggage securely at the hotel during that time. It’s a shame, as having this option would greatly benefit guests waiting to travel to their next destination."
