"The property has a really nice atmosphere, especially in the pool and conference areas - they were fun, well-maintained, and added to the overall experience. The décor and layout felt modern and inviting. Our north tower King room was spacious and had a sofa pull out bed. One downside was having to pay extra for parking, which was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and welcoming environment."

"Rooms have a funny smell. Not a 4/5 stars by any means. DO NOT choose this hotel for hockey or large group stays. No where for parents to sit together. They offered for us to sit outside in the pool patio (it was raining). The restaurant was never open and you’re not allowed to sit at the tables when not in use. "

"Although the room was clean the toilet was running for half the night. The tv remote wasnt changing the channels. There was only 1 elevator qorking and it didn't open for us 2 times. There was a soiled underwear on the floor from the night before until we checked out and when i advise the reception she told me oh its sunday the clearners start late"
