"We visited during the low season and it was very quiet. We had the presidential suite with a large coffee/cappuccino maker but no coffee (which was disappointing). Room stated could sleep four, but only had one bed. They had to roll in two extra beds for our teenagers. Staff was wonderful, especially when dealing with a lost phone. "

We hired a tuk tuk from the hotel to drive ourselves around Angkor Park. We would stay here again."

He is great at connecting with the guests, and has genuine kindness and care for them. He goes out of his way to make people comfortable, and find ways to make their day better. Rare kind of human.
