"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness."
