Everything at this property was amazing. What was exceptional was the front desk, and everyone from the barman to the janitor and cleaning staff. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The property is on the beach and very well situated. You are minutes drive from many sites. Would definitely recommend this property.

Pros: Excellent location. Really nice hotel. Staff all friendly. Cats are adorable Cons: Room not as clean as I would have liked when we arrived. Food is good but not excellent. Water from the shower overflows to the bedroom

Wonderful experience

Everything was perfect. Very big and clean room. People were very kind and ready to help. Breakfast and restaurant were very good. The swimming pool and the sea were perfect. In addition, you can reach most famous beaches in few minutes.

Vi bodde åtte netter på Orpheas Resort i en juniorsuite med privat basseng og er godt fornøyde. Hotellet er enklere, men også rimeligere enn flere av nabohotellene, og vi opplevde at vi fikk mye for pengene. Vi kunne gjerne blitt en uke til. Det beste med hotellet er personalet. Alle vi møtte i resepsjonen, restauranten, barene og på stranden var svært hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. De bidro sterkt til den varme og personlige atmosfæren. Hotellet har mye sjarm og en variert stil. Det oppleves rent, men vedlikeholdet kunne vært bedre. Første kveld var rommet over 32 grader fordi klimaanlegget manglet kjølevæske. Resepsjonen fulgte opp, men vi måtte sove med balkongdøren åpen og fikk en del myggstikk. Rommet var enkelt, men greit, med god standard på badet, ok seng, morgenkåper og tøfler. Det private bassenget var fantastisk, hadde god utsikt og ble brukt hver dag. Dårlig skjerming mot naboene trakk litt ned. Bufférestauranten serverte svært god og variert mat. Frokosten var bra, men kaffen og dispenserjuicen var dårlige. Ferskpresset juice til 1,5 euro var derimot svært god. Solsengene på stranden var blant de beste vi har opplevd og kostet 8 euro per dag for to. Ved bassengområdet var det få solsenger, selv om det var plass til flere. Bruk det fysiske «Do not disturb»-skiltet. Den digitale knappen ble ikke respektert, mens skiltet fungerte. Orpheas er ikke et luksusresort, men et sjarmerende hotell med fantastisk personale, god mat og høy verdi for pengene.
