"It was a nice experience and hotel. Very good facilities. But the was a very slow checkin process. The jacuzzi was not fully functioning and the were almost no staff around the pool to ask for details. "

Excelente trato y calidez del personal del hotel en todas sus áreas. Extraordinario desayuno! Con menú variado, completo y rico. "Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos. Depois de várias ligações a responsável atendeu. Conseguimos edtrar na pousada umas 3:00 da manhã. A área comum da pousada é bonita e o quarto que fiquei,...
