"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

Per un nostro errore, abbiamo contattato la struttura in ritardo con l'inconveniente della reception chiusa. Dopo vari tentativi di contatto telefonico del gestore dell'appartamento, abbiamo ricevuto mail informativa per effettuare il check-in alle ore 18:20 del nostro arrivo, devo segnalare che non è stato piacevole. "Perfect location in Belle Plagne, everything is nearby. We had the appartement which was perfect for a family with two kids. Also the frontdesk/ reception was very helpful and friendly. "
