"Good low budget accommodation if you're in a bind and need one night to crash. Not recommended for long stays. Very thin mattrass, small room sizes and even smaller bathroom space. I stayed for 2 nights and had to go get a massage right after. No room cleaning service (probably because I didn't expressly ask), Also, hot water doesn't work. Other than that, the property itself seemed clean and customer service was friendly. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. "

"We were very impressed with the property and specifically with our room at Seda Residences Makati. As I will likely be returning to Manila in the next 3 to 4 months, I will choose Seda Residences again for my next stay again. The absolute only issues I had during my stay was one of communication with Housekeeping. They tended to come fairly late in the day; afternoon or even into the evening. And they also had to be reminded to replace all of the bathroom towel sizes (hand & face towels, in addition to bath towels).
