"Great fit for me (dad) and 2 boys! The pool and hot tub were perfect, the room clean, the location great, and a charging point station was 700 feet away. The breakfast was a fantastic bonus with some really good cheese omelets, link sausages, juices, yogurt, self-made waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, and decent coffee. The property is not perfect with the rooms smelling a bit stuffy, but you can't expect 4-star when you pay 2-star prices ... that trade off works or me every time."

"I checked out early. Odd smell, clogged shower drain, towels and robes where thread bare with pilling fabric. Would not recommend this location. The staff however were excellent, I did not use the amenities but I would assume they are the highlight of the property. My room was on a low floor but the view was still quite nice."

"Ski lift is right outside the door and up some stairs. Very convenient when the slopes are open. Really nice location and very well maintained property. "

"Beautiful space, two families of 5 each with 3 kids had a wonderful short week here (despite a tough year for Colorado). The ski in/ski out access was literally across the street that our 6 year olds handled easily to get down to the Ritz and Bachelor Gulch Express lift; otherwise the shuttle system is super convenient to navigate. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the ski locker access extremely easy. We will absolutely be back here in the future!"

"Great house and location right on the ski run. Beautiful views. Plenty of personal space for everybody with great common areas and beautiful views. Great host who checked in by text throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed."

"This is a perfect (and TRUE) ski-in/ski-out property in Arrowhead, our family loved it! The condo is ideal for large groups and has easy access to the lift, ski shop and base restaurant. Will be back next year!"

"Overall, our stay was good. The home is beautiful and was just like the pictures. Coleman immediately sent any items that ran out during our stay. The two main reasons we would not consider staying here again are 1) we were told the couch in the basement had a queen sized pull out bed. It was actually a bit bigger than a twin bed. My husband had to sleep on a couch during our visit. Coleman did treat us to drinks which was nice but it was a long week for my husband. 2) The hot tub only worked one day of our stay. Coleman explained to my husband how to shock treat it but it continued to smell awful. The pool guys came on our last day to fix it but it couldn’t be used for 6 hours after they came which was too late that night. "
