"When i arrive for checking my room wasnt ready yet. I also thought that breakfast was free, but no they charge you extra. My room was rrady in like an hour, and it was still a bit dirty. The staff was nice. "

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."

"First of all- the location was absolutely fabulous! Right across the street from Disneyland. Our room was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms were quite small for my family of 5. We would have loved a little more room to move around, but we managed. Also, we had been traveling for a few days before and after, so a laundry service would have been nice. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!"

He was very attentive and polite. The only recommendation is that you add a restroom by the 15th floor bar for added convenience for older customers. "
