The staff was very helpful and made our stay relaxing n fun the room was clean was a bonus with the bowling alley which my moko was stoked we got to play til closing time 9 pm their homemade pizzas n chips were spot on.
I will definitely stay there again

"Great location into town, apart from steep hill but it gets easier every day! Rooms are big and spacious. Bed is comfy. Shower and bathroom a good space. Foyer area great. They also have a dry room to store snow gear which was handy "
"We selected this hotel for a winter ski break. It’s Very close to the airport and a short drive to the ski resorts. Central Queenstown is about 15mins drive.
The hotel room was very spacious with a split level living room/bedroom overlooking the lake. Great breakfast and dinner in the evening.
