"We did not eat breakfast. Airport shuttle was prompt and driver was friendly. Check-in was very good. Room was well cleaned, bed clean and comfortable. Property is dated. Outside noise was a factor."

"We ended up checking in late because we were picking our daughter up at knight, . We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible! "

"Staff very nasty at the Desk also no air working in the room for my 3 days also , and the bed was broke and not a king size like it was posted I will never go back to this place, they must do better "

"Close to outlets and good food"

"prices did not match anywhere, parking was $16 nightly and the breakfast buffet was $23 and it was mediocre. Nice lounge. Pool outside was closed even tho it was it was in high 80s but that was alright. The bar was a nice touch wish it was open maybe an hour extra, midnight is early for a bar but it was so convenient being downstairs. Parking was no issue and plenty of space. Hotel rooms will never be perfect as too many people are in and out but 7.5/10"

"We arrived for check-in, and one of the rooms was not yet ready. It wasn't until 5:00 PM—after we requested that they look for alternatives to find a ready room—that one was finally located. At the restaurant, the waitress was very friendly and polite; the only downside was the lack of variety on the menu, especially for children."
