"The room was amazing, most of the staff was friendly except one young lady at the front desk who didn’t seem very helpful when switching rooms for an extended stay. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you!"

Hotel was fully booked so I was so sad the whole trip thank God it rain the last day will never book again, staff so nasty and didn't want to help at all front desk staff sleeping so she had to wake up to let us in the hotel when we got there at 11pm"

"There were a lot of pros and cons about this property and my experience. The lake view was great and I booked a cabin with a private deck which was peaceful and calming. The suite had a nice setup and was better than a hotel but there were some items damaged upon my arrival. Cons include a dirty floor, dirty washcloth in the bathroom, broken railing in the deck and a hole in the screen door that would not close. Overall, I would give this resort a 2nd try just for the lake atmosphere. "

"Stayed two nights. The staff was wonderful. My only issues were the hard mattress and the tiny desk for working remotely. The room was very noisy as well and they provide zero water bottles in room."

"Was a nice clean room and the staff seemed very nice. For some reason about 11 PM the TV decided to shut down and say that a checkout was in process. Right in the middle of watching something good as well. Called front desk and was told this happens at that time of night and at the TV should come back to normal. It did not in the next hour, so I just turned it off."
