"Staff very nasty at the Desk also no air working in the room for my 3 days also , and the bed was broke and not a king size like it was posted I will never go back to this place, they must do better "

"prices did not match anywhere, parking was $16 nightly and the breakfast buffet was $23 and it was mediocre. Nice lounge. Pool outside was closed even tho it was it was in high 80s but that was alright. The bar was a nice touch wish it was open maybe an hour extra, midnight is early for a bar but it was so convenient being downstairs. Parking was no issue and plenty of space. Hotel rooms will never be perfect as too many people are in and out but 7.5/10"

"We arrived for check-in, and one of the rooms was not yet ready. It wasn't until 5:00 PM—after we requested that they look for alternatives to find a ready room—that one was finally located. At the restaurant, the waitress was very friendly and polite; the only downside was the lack of variety on the menu, especially for children."

" I checked in on Friday, April 17, 2026. When I got to my room, room 103, I found that the television wouldn’t come on and there was what appeared to be a hole in the chair in the room. The staff came and fixed the television. Later that night when I went to bed I discovered the mattress had a divot in it causing the mattress to be slanted. Sleep was uncomfortable. I asked staff for another room on Saturday and was told the hotel was full. Later I went to the ice machine and it was disgusting. It looked filthy and there was no way I would use it."
