We have younger kids and a dog and the park across the street was a great bonus, too. Easy access to all that the area has to offer. Kelly was super responsive and helpful throughout -- we can't wait to come back! "

"We were in town for Freshman Orientation for at Appalachian State University and decided that while our son was at the college we would explore West Jefferson and the surrounding area. The apartment is truly a lovely experience, the decor and esthetic is gorgeous, it was extremely clean, the beds and all furniture comfortable, every possible amenity was thought of, the location was perfect and communication with the host was easy with quick responses. We truly loved our stay and will stay again!"

"Loved the cabin. Everything on the listing was exactly as stated. Very comfortable and everything you would need. We griiled out..sat on deck..hot tub and a fire everynight. Downtown just a quick walk. If you looking for a cabin in this area..it is a good choice."
"This is a great location, just a block from downtown W Jefferson. The kitchen layout is excellent, with a separate dining area adjacent to the back porch (which is a small cement space). The living room is nicely laid out, but should have a larger table. The bedrooms are small, with inadequate storage space for extended stays, but the bedding was nice (despite the bed being a bit too soft). The front porch is very nice, and looks out to the mountains of W Jefferson (but, unfortunately, also looks out to a parking lot and the back of a factory). So, why a 5 star? Great location, nicely decorated, great kitchen, and spacious front porch.Why did I struggle giving that 5th star? Inadequate storage, factory view from the front porch, and needs larger LR table.In short: Great spot for a few days, but needs to be set up more functionally for longer stays."
