"No physical interaction with the staff except thru online chat. Check-in and check-out was easy, but the earliest check-in time is at 3pm and you will not be allowed to check-in anytime earlier. The room was spacious and clean."

"It's a great stay and we were able to have a good view of fuji when at the rooftop and managed to get footbath done at the same time. The hot spring and breakfast is also good experience for us. "The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....
