"I have stayed here twice now whilst visiting Italy, and i love it. The room was huge and lovely. The staff were amazing and it is in a great location with restaurants and supermarkets near by. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I will be staying there again in 2027, you can count on that."

"The Grand Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the Historical Town, including shops , restaurants, a mountain view and close proximity to the cable car and walking trails to Doss Trento. Staff were very helpful with directions and answering questions. Hotel is clean with very nice bathroom amenities. Hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant ."

"Stayed in the hot tub suite. Hot tub was clean and a large size with beautiful views of the mountains and the castle. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was central to the train station and attractions. We stayed for the wine festival and had a brilliant weekend. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent with lots of cold food options. There could have been more hot food. I was surprised to learn that the spa entrance is not included."
