"Great location! We were in town for a baseball tournament and had quick access to Glenwood, Carbondale, Basalt, etc. where our games were located. The house is perfect for a family of four. Enough space in the home to cook a meal and watch TV. The best part was the patio(s), though. Peaceful and serene with the river flowing nearby. Had coffee there each morning and then wrapped up a few nights there, as well. Communication was easy and instructions both for check-in and check-out were concise. Great spot, would highly recommend."

"Central location to all towns and activities Nice area and beautiful views Liked that you can get local tv and just not apps which I hate with other places Liked having suitcase holders and laundry clothes rackLiked having air conditioning not like some places I stayed in Carbondale and it was horrible with the heatNice having the river close byEasy to get around Great water pressure The only thing was a stupid dog barking and good thing I don’t live there because that dog would not be barking Don’t understand why people who live in that neighborhood put up with thatWas a very comfortable place to stay Like that it was pet free because of allergies Again, hard to find places where pets are not allowed Typical animals over humans these days"

"The house was spotless, beautiful, and well-equipped. The entrance into the property is level and parking was a breeze. The house is close to Sunlight Ski Resort and the town. At night, you can see hundreds of stars, and we enjoyed making smores on the fire pit. We saw deer at the edge of the property, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and used the barbecue. The property management service responded quickly to my questions. I would recommend this property."
