Not what I was expecting , there is no lobby, you have to climb stairs with your luggage . It is in a central location. I walked to all the activities I booked . As well as being close to the train station .lots of shopping available in the area. Overall I would not go back.

Lovely hotel - clean and modern catering for everything you need on a city break. staff so friendly and helpful and the taverna downstairs was an added bonus as food delicious and waiting staff, made it their business to look after hotel guests.

The hotel and staff were great. The bed is a little too firm for us, but it was still comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. I had asked for where to get some ice and the front desk staff brought me ice and a bottle of water at no charge. They also arranged for a Black car to pick us up to take us to the cruise port. The price was the same as if we were to book a yellow cab, which we found very uncomfortable and dirty. We had breakfast included with our stay and that was very good. The restaurant is on the bottom level of the hotel and appears to be owned by the same. We also had a few dinners there and the food and menu prices were great. The only thing I had a concern with was the fact that you had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the hotel and the hotel elevator. However, the front desk called men from the restaurant to bring our luggage up. Also they have a disabled electric chair to bring you up if you cannot climb the chairs. The hotel is located a very nice and active neighborhood full of cafes and shops. Walking distance to surrounding areas. We did the Hop off Hop on bus with a pick up close to the hotel.
