We were warmly greeted by a very attentive staff. We were cheerfully granted an early check in and accommodated at the completely booked magnificent brunch alongside the pool where we enjoyed spectacular views of the acropolis.
Of special note, Stilios, the lobby host removed all stops to make sure we had everything we needed.
If I could award 6 stars for our stay, I would.
The hotel was clean in an excellent neighborhood. The working staff was there 24 hours. There was always a worker waiting to get you a taxi. They were even able to get me some restaurants reservations. They had knowledgeable information about getting around and places to go and see. You had a free, full complementary breakfast. The breakfast setup was great. If I had one complaint or something I did not like it would be the restaurant service price and quality of the food which has nothing to do with the operation of the hotel. The prices was high and the food quality and taste was not up to stand. The hotel delivery high service for me. The hotel has amenities like pool in the hotel. What they don't tell you is the magnificent view that you get when you're in the pool, the pool is on the rooftop of the hotel, beautiful view.
Although the hotel is located on a busy road, it is a clean, friendly, well-equipped, and fun stay. Convenient via taxi to main destinations in Athens. The rooftop pool and bar was a treat. The staff were amazing - especially Ilias and Orfeas!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was not cleaned properly. Toilet water was everywhere and there were stains on the floor. Staff was incredible and helpful.
Very nice front desk Sofia, spoke English very well. Daily room service is good. Just the toilet is a little smelly all the time. If there is some incense will be perfect.
Very clean modern hotel.
Rooftop bar and pool very nice to end the day (wading pol not for serious swimming...).
Room was smallish but modern with good shower.
The hotel is not close to the main city centerm and is a 20 to 30 minute taxi ride from the central areas like ermou street or monasterika square.
Neither the indoor or outdoor, or even “hot tub” are actually warm! Everything I booked this for was cold and underwhelming. My room was changed three times after waiting beyond 3pm for a room at check in. Again not the staffs fault but the system they use for reservations and accommodations. No amenities or cost deductions were offered to accommodate my family. At one point they gave me a room that didn’t have any of the perks I paid for and still no offer to fix the problem other than for me to pack again and move again!
If you're in Athens, this is a good option for a night or two before moving on. However, this is a VERY American space, so if you're looking for a Greek experience, you will not really get it here. For my trip, after spending a few weeks Island hopping, we stayed here two nights before heading to the airport to go home. That gave us time to see the Acropolis and positioned us for an early flight. This hotel is ideally suited to see the Acropolis, both from the hotel and in terms of getting to the Acropolis.
However, if you are only looking for a night or two, this is a very good option - the hotel is updated and clean. While the rooms are ample size, unfortunately, the bathroom situation in the rooms is not optimal for sharing a room (there is no separate ROOM for the bathroom, rather the toilet is in it's own closet which opens to the main entry of the hotel room and the shower is a separate close which also opens to the main entry of the room, and the sink is just in the room; also, the doors on these closets are see-through frosted glass). It might work if you are a couple.
Without a doubt, the gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant and pool! Great place to unwind the day/your travels. PLEASE say hello to Vaso, the bartender - they will give you incredible service (10/10) and great recommendations for food and drinks. The view is exactly what you want in Athens (water to one side, the acropolis to the other).
It was a bit tricky finding our room, as we had to go through multiple doors after reaching our floor. The restaurant staff seemed new and somewhat untrained — we often had to flag them down just to get another drink. At breakfast, my husband and I ordered omelets, but his order went missing, and he had to place it again. There isn't much around the hotel, but our room and balcony were very nice and comfortable. It was also budget-friendly.
A wonderful new hotel. Super stylish rooms and decor. A lovely roof deck with infinity pool. Definitely a cool hotel worth staying in, despite being located slightly out of the city centre.
