Absolutely fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay in Athens at UrbanStay. The hotel is in the center of activity. A plethora of restaurants are close by. It’s within easy walking distance to Plaka, the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the famous flea market. If we’re ever in Athens again, we’ll choose UrbanStay.

The room was clean, cleaned every other day. Despite the restaurants on the street, the windows were good and there were no odors. The only drawback was the air conditioner, which hadn't been cleaned – it started spewing out some strange stuff every time I turned it on. Due to the good quality/location/price ratio, I'll be looking for a place to stay next time.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful in getting us a car to the airport!!!! Also the housekeeper was terrific coming very day to make sure the room was clean etc....

This apartment style stay was a great way to experience Athens in a very cool neighborhood. The streets were lively with many restaurant and bar options. The acropolis was a 15min walk. Just be aware that the noise from the restaurants and bars was loud until 1am.

specious clean in best location

very specious and clean apart in an amazing location. comfortable bed and a good team. when i needed something they responded very fast. they came nocking on the door to ask if i need anything in the apart. they even gave us toilette papers in a big quantity to accommodate us and left us cold water in the fridge which was very helpful after long travel. at the end they even arrange for our taxi very reliable on time. i thank you and definitely will come back

Too noisy, it was not quiet until 2:00 in the morning, the bathtub drain was a bit blocked, and there was no hot water at the end of the shower, it turned into cold water. It is very convenient to various attractions.

Before we arrived The travellers before us destroyed our room! But the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and well cared for. The room was beautiful the door lock fixed and the staff wonderful! Ensuring we had transfers to and from the airport, Maria the housekeeper and Evi our service representative were fabulous! Maria took extra good care of us daily and gave good advice! The only thing if you don't enjoy the night life there is a loud Cuban bar next door! Bring earplugs and you are just fine!

Great location to restaurants, historic sites and shopping. The apartment was a great size with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Loved the balcony that overlooked the street. The energetic atmosphere around the property is fun, although the catch is that it is a bit noisy at night. My friend had the bedroom closer to the street so played soft music/used a white noise app on her phone which helped drown out the street noise. We really enjoyed being walking distance to the Acropolis and other historic sites.

The area around the property really comes alive at night and is so cool and fun! The inside of the apartment was what we expected for a historical type of property. Kind of quirky and small, but suited our needs. I wish there was an a/c unit in the twin beds room, and the shower needs updating. But overall, the area is really the selling point for this location with all the cute shops and restaurants around.

This was an amazing property! The room was big, had two bedrooms, four comfortable beds, a kitchenette, living space, a balcony. We came with our two children (middle and high school) and had more than enough room. The area around the property had so many great restaurants, but the room was quiet. It was so close to the Acropolis and the other archeological sites- we walked everywhere. The staff are very friendly and responsive to messages and questions. Check in was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

It is located on top of a busy street where bars are open late on weekends so needless to say, it isn't quiet. However, it was centrally located to many restaurants and Monastiraki area! The suite was secured and the lift was an added convenience! We had minor issues with water dripping from both AC units. Our room comfortably fit 7 of us with 1.5 baths.

Loved the location. Walkable to all sights in Central Athens. Room was “cozy”, but very efficient. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Room faced the back of the property, so little street noise. Neighborhood was awesome. Liked the property, but the room was a bit tired. Curtains were a disaster. Bedspread was from the 80’s. Shower door wouldn’t close and came off the track. Was happy with my stay, but would try elsewhere next time.

Loud like Mardi Gras

Great hotel if you want to party on Athens. Otherwise it is on top of a club that bangs cowbells and plays music until 3 am. It is a two bedroom but you can not use one of the bedroom because of the noise. It should really be marketed towards club goers as it’s in the middle of the clubbing district. The bathroom has mold in the shower and there was dust in the bedrooms. The owner was responsive to my complaints but could not fix the noise problem and I can’t explain the noise. Think bourbon street New Orleans at Mardi Gras. He said he would give me my money back if he could rent it out to others but I did not recieve any refund. After moving all the beds into one room for one night we checked out the next day and ended up paying for two hotels in Athens.

The property was located in a great area with numerous dining options. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station and the staff was very friendly. There was plenty of space in the room which was very modern and updated.
