I would have loved to give a 4Stars. The Front Mgr Nikos was very helpful and nice. He assisted us in making arrangements for an excursion and we were able to check in earlier. Very nice gesture. Nikolas the pm Front person was also very helpful in connecting us with a good driver for an excursion.The Staff were quite friendly, the Rooms were maintained well.The hotel is close to major parts of the City and was conveniently located. I’m sorry to give a 3 Stars ( I would have given a 3.5 if available) due to the ff issues; I booked a Suite with a Terrace and didn’t mind to pay extra. However, we didn’t use the terrace. There was no view but an empty bldg across us. Most importantly is that we almost got robbed while entering the Hotel. 2 suspicious couple surrounded my husband as we were entering. I was able to avert the tragedy by screaming at the bad element . I would recommend a better Security outside the hotel for the safety of the guests.We were promised a boxed bfast on our day of departure. We left at 2 am and there were no boxed bfast left on the table as promised. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I hope the management will add security measures to protect their guests. Thank you very much.
