"The entire Chelsea tower smelled like cigarettes which made it for a bad experience due to my clothes smelling for the entire night. "

"Definitely has everything you need, except the Boardwalk. Many restaurants to choose from, and Starbucks on the premises. I'm not a gambler, but was there for a show. The room was quiet and comfortable. I know folks don't go there to watch TV, but after dinner and a show I wanted to whine down with a little TV, and I realized local stations or even news or sports stations didn't exist. I understand, people are there to gamble, but it was still a tad bit disappointing. All in all, it's a very nice hotel. I did have a problem with the toilet and after contacting housekeeping, on the MGM app, they were there in about 5 minutes and quickly fixed the problem; super happy about that."

"Although our stay was OK, we were disappointed after our Wi-Fi connectivity went down. We noticed first as the TV set was not acting properly. At certain points the picture would freeze and you couldn’t change channels up or down. Even after turning the television set off and on the issue continued. After a while of trying to get everything to work, I checked the Wi-Fi connectivity on my cell phone by trying to stream from one of my accounts and nothing would work. I shut off the Wi-Fi connection and was able to stream on my 5G connection which told me that there definitely was a problem with the Wi-Fi. We called the front desk and were told that they would alert the team that handles the Wi-Fi connectivity and after about 20 minutes or so the issue was still not corrected. We called the front desk to find out if someone was going to visit the room to work on the issue or if they were going to be working from their office or server area. We were told that someone was supposed to come to the room. After about an hour of waiting and the issue still not resolved and no one visiting the room, We called the front desk to cancel the ticket as we were settled in and ready to just use our cell phones. Upon checkout, we visited the front desk and we’re pleased to find out that the amenities fees were to be returned to our credit card and that it should take a few days. We’ll wait and see. (Before leaving, the issue was still not fixed) "

"Ridiculous loud music very late"

"The non-smoking rooms were so smoke filled with dirty ashtray smells from the minute you walked into the hotel. I actually watched a man walk into the no smoking elevator, smoking a cigar, and there was no security agent to stop him. I did say something, but I wasn’t going to engage because people are so unhinged. I had to use an inhaler, and hold my breath, just walking through the hotel and the fact that they say these are non-smoking rooms is so disingenuous!! Which started out as a 40th anniversary to see Rod Stewart at the hard rock, which was a much nicer venue and hotel. It literally became a competition of how sick can I get to no avail. Don’t worry, I will tell everybody not to use your hotel and you lost a customer that entertains and visits quite often, but Resorts will never ever again be on my list of places to go, and from the empty slots, I can see why and that you can no longer afford to lose any more customers Not only will I inform my friends, my groups and I belong to many, but I will never spend another penny at a place who’s so blatantly lies to their customers! "

"The property was just okay but I did not get any sleep due to the barking dog. Not the hotels fault, but it contributed to me having a not so great experience."
