About this property

HEATED IN-GROUND POOL, 7 LARGE BEDROOMS, WALK TO BEACH, 5 MILES TO AC

  • 200 8th St. South is in the perfect Location in Brigantine. A heated in-ground pool with LED lighting and all new landscaping. There are 7 bedrooms to accommodate extended families or multiple families with children. Only 1 block to beach access. Huge driveway plus plenty of free on street parking. Easily walkable to shops, and restaurants. 4 first floor bedrooms and two and half first floor bathrooms for anyone uncomfortable with stairs. 2 spacious master suites bedrooms with bathrooms on second floor.

    All bath towels, linens, and bedding are included. Just bring your beach towels. We also provide a propane grill with propane included, numerous beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, toys, and beach passes (only needed from mid-June to Labor)

    YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. PLEASE NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE PARTIES. SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

    ****POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY THROUGH EARLY OCTOBER AND CLOSED FOR THE WINTER**** ALL POOL EQUIPMENT IS MONITORED AND LOCKED, NOT TO BE ALTERED OR PLAYED WITH IN ANY WAY.


    Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer.
