Great despite mixed reviews - Would return

We were a bit unsure at first because the reviews were all over the place, but we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is in an amazing location—just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the pier. Everything was very clean, relatively new, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the limited paid on-site parking, but there are plenty of public lots nearby. Overall, a great stay—and we would definitely return!

This location was very close(5 min walk) to the board walk and casino pier. Small location with about 20 rooms at best so very quiet and safe.

A long weekend stay!

From the outside of the Inn you would not know how nice the rooms are. You are one block from the board walk and the beach. The rooms are very clean and cozy! The beds are very comfortable. There is parking on site. For me it is a nice place to stay for a long weekend.

It’s two minutes away from the seaside Boardwalk. The beds were Comfortable And clean. The shower was new. The table in our room was broken And they charge $10 a day for parking even even when there’s nobody there. The other Hotel across the street has free parking

Fantastic stay. Loved the cozy hands on approach of the owners. It made it feel very family friendly and safe. Room was adorable and very clean! Our kids loved it and so did we. Room had keurig with k cups, good sized fridge and microwave. Rain style shower head was a nice touch. About a block from the boardwalk and had a small grocery/convince store at the end of the street. I plan to come again!

Great hotel for sure!!!!

The room was great the service was awesome I arrived late and the staff waited till I got there checked us in and the stay was spectacular I booked 2 kings size beds for 6 of us and we all slept perfect I had a family of 6 2 adults and 4 kids it was well worth the stay. We went on the off season but I’m sure if it was In season it would of been definitely the right decision for our stay, great price for being a 2 min walk to the boardwalk! definitely recommended 5 star for sure.

Awesome mattress

I stayed one night as planned, the bed was awesome, so comfortable. Everything was great, but it was very rainy, my shoes were wet and the floor was a little slippery. No harm done, the room was a good size, very comfy.

My family enjoyed this property. We got here a bit early before checkin and was able to park and walk to the beach while our rooms were getting turned over. They were able to get us checked in about an hour before checkin time and the room was clean. I read some of the reviews before staying and was a bit concerned but glad we did stay. Great place to stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean (sister got a room as well, and also very clean). We also had a minor mishap with losing our car keys and the front desk was polite with letting us look around the facility even after check out and did not charge an extra fee while we waited for a locksmith. Great for families and will stay again.

Traveled with family. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is dirty. The carpet the walls the floors need a deep cleaning. Floor had dirt like they weren’t even cacúmenes and mopped. The aire conditioned vents were dirty and bathroom vent did not work. It is a convenient location and offers limited parking.

The stay was good. The woman at the desk was polite and helpful. I feel like I gave the man a little heartache when I asked to leave my car for an hour in the morning, but he ultimately allowed it so I did appreciate that. My only complaint would be that the listing stated that there was breakfast and there wasn’t. I’m not sure whether that was bad filtering on Expedia’s part or if the owners listed it without actually providing the service. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, lot of weed smell blowing in through our AC at night, but that’s not the hotels fault. I also woke up in a good mood so maybe it’s related. I would stay again for though it’s not a bad place to be.

Words cannot express how horrible this place is from A to Z. I booked the Motel for two nites and had to check out the next morning. Besides the room was extremely dirty like it was never cleaned however they used some kind of toxic cleaning chemicals with a very strong smell that gave us headache and also made the floor very slippery (dangerously slippery) About 3AM somebody was trying to get into out room. Very loud and busy area.NOT SAFE! beside that watch out for parking spots (one car per room) $10 per nite for extra car $15 cash only. Extremely weird I could not pay by credit card nor get a recipe for extra parking spot. I contacted Expedia for refund after that horrifying experience NO LUCK I couldn't get my money back. I am absolutely disgusted by this place.

This place was the most updated for the price. And they had the least reviews of bed bugs. None, in fact. That being said, there is very minimal parking and if you are lucky enough to get a spot on the property, you arent moving your car. Parking lot next to property was $20/day ($9/day parking and $11/overnight). Watch out because the parking lot attendants (not connected to the hotel) will try and hustle you prices. Be firm with them though and youll be fine. Anyways, no pool on the property. And in the room, while not a major issue, no hooks anywhere. No towel hooks, nowhere to hang any clothing to dry, which we found to be wildly necessary. The “breezeway” is just more of an access space with very little actual space for sitting or hanging out. Room did have small fridge/freezer and microwave. A/C worked great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water always hot/cold as needed. All outlets worked. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. There were cameras outside if security is an area of concern for you. Just a block and a half from the beach, if that. They have free wifi. Stayed 2 nights, in double king room, no towel service or new sheets or anything like that provided. Check in/out very smooth. Nice hotel as far as no noise, no odd smells and no late night partying. Overall, would recommend unless you prefer a pool and free parking during your stay.
