"check in at 3.30pm to find out room was not ready for us to check in . so waited in the gym area till 5.30pm .... pools was over overcrowded with family and kids .... feel like going to a community pool then high end hotel . sauna was dirty with cup and used towel inside . room was decent but nothing special. order a night snacks at 11.30pm and waited for 80mins for a cluc sandwiches with fries 🍟... only good thing about staying there is close by to the casino if you want to gamble. but if gambling is not your thing i will definitely recommend you stay elsewhere.... very disappointed with the stay and don t think i will be going back there again in the near future 😢 "

"Nuestra experiencia en Adina Citylife Auckland comenzó en circunstancias poco sencillas, ya que el día de nuestra llegada varias calles alrededor del hotel estaban cerradas por trabajos de reparación. Tuvimos que dejar el automóvil lejos y llegar caminando, algo que fácilmente podría haber complicado nuestra llegada; sin embargo, desde el primer momento recibimos una atención extraordinaria. Queremos agradecer a Julie Church, quien con quien tuvimos contacto inicial, y muy particularmente a Shrutika Saini, cuya atención fue verdaderamente excepcional. Shrutika nos ayudó en todo momento, nos explicó con claridad cómo acceder al hotel a pesar de las calles cerradas y estuvo pendiente de que nuestra llegada fuera sencilla y tranquila. Además, tuvimos un problema con una eSIM que habíamos comprado y ella, con una enorme disposición, nos ayudó incluso a instalar una nueva. Son ese tipo de apoyos que uno nunca espera recibir dentro de un servicio hotelero, y precisamente por eso marcan una diferencia enorme. Su tacto, calidez, paciencia y profesionalismo merecen un reconocimiento especial, porque no solo atiende huéspedes: representa impecablemente el nivel de servicio y hospitalidad de la marca Adina. La habitación fue espectacular, impecable y sumamente confortable. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, y nuestra experiencia fue tan positiva que decidimos continuar nuestras siguientes reservaciones dentro de la misma cadena hotelera Gracias Shrutika!!"

"Horizon by SkyCity Hotel was excellent! On arrival I was greeted professionally and checked in seamlessly. Room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was good with decent selection. Conveniently located to downtown for restaurants and sights to see. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The Concierge services are amazing and Gustavo is just exceptional! The staff is lovely. The improvement would be for international travelers to get early check in at 8 am after a 15 hr plus flight and have late check out for 5 pm to early the last day before going to the airport at 6 pm for a night flight back to another continent. we would wish all hotels to adopt theses standards of services-like the ole’days of traveling. Hilton Auckland was so much better than Doubletree -Christchurch! "

"The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. We did the breakfast buffet and it was really delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff brought our suitcases to a secure room till our room was ready. The room was available earlier than announced. We also had dinner in the hotwl restaurant and it was very good."
