Cozy Cabin near Mt Hood with Hot Tub

"Lots of homey and cozy touches - robes, extra blankets, slides for getting to the hot tub. Games, books, and a nice TV for the down time. It’s clear this place is booked and busy and frequently used. The couch creaked every time we sat down or got up, it sounds like it’s on the verge of breaking. The bed sheets had some hairs stuck in them on the side closest to the wall. One of the headrests for the hot tub seemed broken and was just sitting in the outdoor table and was unable to be reattached to the hot tub. Some mold blooming in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling, maybe because the vent fan seems to struggle. But otherwise all floors and surfaces were spotless, dishes were clean.Your neighbors are all quite close. The backyard looks more private than it is. A neighbor was doing construction so there was some loud banging during the afternoon and evenings.Very comfy bed with nice bedding. Ample room in the fridge, with lots of additional appliances. All the towels in the bathroom were nice quality. Hot tub was hot and in working order and so great to use with the string lights on a cool evening. Cute and cozy, and the location to Mt Hood, hiking, fishing, and activities is prime. Would stay again."

"Very sorry for the delayed review. I've tried to submit it several times, but had issues. My family and I would like you to know that we had a wonderful time at your cute little cabin. We all reviewed your before and after pictures of your cabin remodel and were impressed with the results. You all did a great job! Our walks were magical with all the little novel forest pieces along the road. We took many pictures.Notes: (these are just notes for you. They did not impact our stay) When we arrived, we found a pile of garbage in front of the house. Possibly from the guests before us? There was a small injured bird on the walkway around the corner before the front door. We were able to move the poor bird to the bushes at the end of the driveway. When we entered the house, my husband noticed a small hole in the window next to the front door. There was a small bit of forest debris on the bed, in the room with the door to the back of the house. My family and I would like to apologize to your lovely neighbors for the noise we made late Friday night. My family was excited to finally get together. We were respectful the remainder of our stay. Since the house was next to a beautiful creek, I thought we would be able to sit by the creek. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't, but it did not make our stay any less enjoyable. We cleaned on Sunday and took some of the garbage with us. As I mentioned, there was already a pile of garbage in front of the house. Thx much again!!!!"

"The property was as listed. Very spacious and comfortable, just wished we could have stayed longer. The view was breathtaking. Only suggestion, directions to find location were a little unclear, we ended up passing and back tracking to what appeared to be the resort, it just wasn't labeled as described in the directions. Once in we found it with no issues. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!"

"Perfect location that was close to many sights and hikes. Comfortable beds and very clean. It was close to the road, but that was understood. Loved that we could do our laundry."

"The cabin was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Everything was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed hiking and the hot tub was fantastic. The only minor items we noticed were that the sliding screen door to the deck was hard to operate and the icemaker didn't work. These were very minor issues. Overall, we were very pleased and would love to stay here again."
