The space
South Congress is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Austin! Packed with historical relevance, this is where musicians and artists of all strokes have called home. The epicenter of the Austin Renaissance, SoCo is lined with artisan shops, art galleries, restaurants, and bars. The world renowned Continental Club, a 10 minute walk, has been home to Willie, Waylon, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Gary Clark Jr. and many, many more. On the airport side of downtown (only 7.5 miles to ABIA), this location means you can squeeze every last moment out of your time in Austin and not stress about catching your flight.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to the entire home. Whether it's tacos or T-bones, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The outdoor common area is available for lounging, but please be respectful of the neighbors, keeping evening noise to a conservative level.
Other things to note
Your neighbors consist of other guests as well as long term tenants. Please be respectful during your visit, as we are only able to provide this listing by keeping noise levels to a minimum and our neighbors happy. The condo is a place to relax, not a party house.

To help with this, we ask that you remove your shoes when in the apartment, as walking around on the hardwood floors can be loud for our downstairs neighbors.

Please be aware this is a second floor apartment. This means you must climb one set of stairs to reach the unit. There is no elevator.
