"Clean room and cozy bed.."

"The lamp was damaged upon arrival so I took a picture of it. There was a lingering smell of mildew which they had a huge standing fan to dry up I am guessing a water break somewhere I had a family of 5 with only 1 towel in the room we had to request more then they only gave me two towels and told me to come back to the front desk to ask for more at a later time the beds had stains on the sheets and the curtains were stained as well the fridge was completely dirty I didn't use it at all the location was perfect close to many stores and restaurants and the pool was ok more then likely will never stay there again but it served it's purpose for the weekend"

"We had an overall wonderful stay. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff was very friendly. Our room's conditioner bottle was empty and I left a note for housekeeping to refill it, but they skipped our room. I would still stay again."

"At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do."

"Breakfast was good, hot food or cold choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, was busy so it filled up in the evenings but no spots very far from building. Our room was spacious and clean. "

"Had to move rooms three times in the first day because of broken things in the room windows that wouldn’t close bugs flying in the window leaking sinks. The pool was green. The staff was absent from the desk, most of the time and completely clueless.. the shampoo, body wash conditioner in the bathroom and all three rooms was empty even asking repeatedly to have it filled never got done. They give you one towel per person and do not do any housekeeping during your visit. States it’s a smoke-free facility however they let guests and staff smoke right outside the main entry door so that that’s what you smell when you first walk in and you first walk out this hotel is disgusting. Do not stay here."

"Tub faucet was coming off wall when you turned the shower on ac was set at 62 and room never got cooler than 76"

"Very clean and convenient. Chick-fil-A next door. We have had bad experiences with the best western brand in the past, but this redeemed them for us."
