"Aspects of my stay were up to standard. Others were not. While my room was clean and well presented, the bed was overly hard. Additionally, the pillows were thin and provided no support. The blind mechanisms were faulty on two of the windows. Staff were generally professional, however in the bar area we found we had to make several requests before are initial order arrived. "

"Very nice property. Great location. Walk to many places easily. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to say anything a bit negative the elevators are slow and at certain times you are waiting quite a bit of time. This can be frustrating. "

"Would stay again but wouldn’t be my first option. I liked that I was able to get an extra late checkout (although with an additional cost). Would have preferred for the room to be cleaner."

"Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge. Have stayed there several times before and the offering in the club lounge appears to have declined. First night they ran out of wine glasses and options were limited. Also on checkout the foyer was filled with bags as they do not appear to have a separate baggage room so navigating around bags. If staying the rooms and staff are good but I do not recommend the club option"

"Shower door not working properly "

"After staying T this hotel many times over the years, we have never paid $330 before. at this price we expected a better room or maybe better views. The room was very small with no views on the Ist floor . The sink in the bathroom filled with water and didn’t drain . There were no tissues . To top it off the alarm went off after we were asleep and we had to quickly dress and escape into the hallway. All over very unsatisfactory. "
