"Great staff and stay"

"My wife and I booked a Deluxe King room but were disappointed with the facilities provided with the room. The external pool was closed. No information was provided in room regarding facilities available. Basic tea and coffee making facilities but nothing extra, like a biscuit! Some information on local facilities etc would have been appreciated. More effort was put into inviting us to a opportunities evening than providing facilities etc in a room that was extremely overpriced when compared to other places we have stayed at in recent times."

"Tim was accommodating with granting early check in. The location and size of the house was great but unfortunately there were a few issues around cleanliness ie. Sticky floors and benchtops, visible grease on rangehood filter, sand in ensuite sink, stained carpets, dirty architraves etc. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, crockery and drinking glasses (not enough forks and dinner plates for 7) and a bit more attention to furnishings with some living areas sparse and empty. That said we had an enjoyable stay. "

"We had a lovely stay with all the facilities we needed in the property. Loved how close it was to the local shops. We had lovely walks around the area and our fur babies enjoyed the secure back yard. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Torquay. "
