The property was very neat and the rooms were clean. There was alot lorikeetes in the palm tree which were noisy but this was only at sunset when they were ready to roost and early sunrise when they fly away for the day...Throughout the night and during the day all was quiet. I had to add an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances and phoned after hours for this request. John was very kind obliging.

Small kitchen ✔️ Extremely clean ✔️ Great location ✔️(Grovesdale hotel right next door - really fantastic pub) Heating, cooling, electric blankets ✔️ *The only issues were one electric was loose & the plug kept falling out of the power point & the curtains didn’t quite close properly But l would still highly recommend the Golden Palm :)
