The Ascent 210 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 1,620 sq ft Avon condo with air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeps six across three bedrooms.

Second Bedroom: Queen, attached bath
Third Bedroom: Split King, configurable as 2 twins or 1 King with 72 hours advance notice
Building amenities include an indoor heated pool, community hot tub, steam room, fitness room, and a game room with foosball and a pool table. Guests receive an assigned ski locker and one unassigned parking spot with pass.
The complimentary winter shuttle services both Vail and Beaver Creek, making ski days simple. Beaver Creek Village is minutes away and Vail Mountain is a short drive up I-70. In summer, the location offers easy access to hiking, biking, fishing, and Vail Valley dining.
