"Getting to this accommodation for the first time is confusing, so I’d suggest doing some pre work as cars cannot physically drop you off in front of this hotel. Architecturally the building is stunning, however, the amenities in the room is very outdated. Our minibar fridge was not working, bottled water was not provided and the breakfast area was not very clear. Housekeeping could’ve done a better job as we had 2 travellers, over only one set of robes and slippers were provided. The pillows in...

I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.

It’s a very nice historical place, beautifully decorated. Clean and quiet . The bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice as well.
Breakfast was rather simple.
We booked two beds and got only one. The room was too small to put in another bed. There was other bigger rooms, but we were not assigned for, despite that we made reservation a few months in advance. This was a bit disappointing.

Our stay at El Patio Courtyard House was truly exceptional and a highlight of our time in Tunisia. Ahmed was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. We arrived very late, and he personally waited up to make sure we arrived safely and were comfortable, which immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for.

Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect.
Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis.

The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.

I was unfortunately here for only a short business stay, but I would describe the hotel as extraordinarily cozy and romantic. Delicious Tunisian meals were served in the beautiful interior courtyard.
