"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel"

"Again, exterior condition clean and well kept. Interior units old, we had multiple. No hot water in one, poor layout, shower-heads need replacing. No amenities to speak of."

"We had a wonderful first time vacation at this resort. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. The private beach is beautiful, uncrowded and peaceful. Our 2 bedroom cottage was very clean and comfortable and the resort is very quiet at night. "We had a wonderful experience. We rented a car from TCI because we like to visit different beaches. (Taylor Bay, Grace Bay, Turtle Tail, Jacks Cooper, Leeward, etc). The view from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast on the deck every morning. The owner provided two camping chairs, and a small cooler that we packed our lunch in each day. The condo kitchen is well appointed so we cooked in a couple of nights and went to the local fish fry Thursday night. We also ate at the Pork Shack, Mango Reef at the turtle cove marina, and Rickie’s FLamingo Bar for beautiful sunset. The condo is in a great location if you plan to rent a car which we recommend. The pool is beautiful and clean but we went to a beach everyday. We would definitely stay at this complex again and in this unit. "
