"Our family had a wonderful Christmas week at Roxedge, a lovely house with a beautiful sea view. A great surprise was a large hamper full of goodies and presents under the tree and essentials in the fridge. The rooms were clean and the hosts very friendly.The dogs enjoyed the coastal walks and the youngsters made the most of the pool table and video games."

"Very interesting set up at the Rooms, loved the decor and the big lounge area. The little touches such as milk and water in fridge, and the dog basket, was really good. The decor in the bathroom on one side was dated and the towel rail had come away from the wall.. but everything was clean and presented very nicely. A good place to stay for a short trip.. many thanks "
