Had a relaxing stay for 3 nights here. Pool was refreshing with nice lounge chairs. Room was spacious and clean with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were comfy. Shower was great! Free breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only snag was they tried to say I stole a spoon from my room when I checked out. I was barely even in my room, and I don’t remember seeing any spoons because there were no dishes, confusing but I said I didn’t take it and we left without an extra charge. Overall it was a good choice to be near the square but far enough away to be quiet. I would stay here again.

Nice design of casitas, paths, gardens…white stones covered the soil which kept the sidewalks clean. They gave facecloths!! A nice breakfast was included and it changes a bit daily. Also has a snack bar at the pool. TV with hood channel selection. The bed was a bit firm for us. Surprised there was no blow dryer but I didn’t ask at reception, they may have had one for use. There was a chicken farm in the back side of the property but the rooster didn’t bother us- it is Mexico! Live as the locals do!

Es un hotel bonito en el centro del pueblo como a 3 cuadras del área donde está la laguna, la habitación está amplia tiene terraza compartida, el baño está cómodo, el área de la alberca está bonita, agradable, lo único es que no tiene mucha variedad su menú, pero de ahí en fuera muy bien el hotel, la atención buena… me volvería a quedar

El hotel y personal excelente y amables, las habitaciones lindas, la laguna esta a unas 4 cuadras, bonito paseo lleno de tiendas y restaurantes, el único contratiempo fue que programe una excursión a través del hotel, la empresa que hace la excursión por la laguna no cumplio lo prometido, entiendo que el personal del hotel presiono pero fue muy feo estar peleando por cosas que se habían propuesto y prometido por el precio y después hacerlo ver como un favor y encima pedir propina al final Creo es mejor reservar excursiones directamente en el lugar y especificar bien que se va a recibir Si me volvería a quedar en el hotel pero no reservaría excursiones
