"Loads of room in the caravan nice and clean, the tv wasnt great if i am honest but it was really windy so that might of been the reason"

"The house is really lovely and perfect for a group. The beach is so close, easily accessed, quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed a fish and chip takeaway and a Chinese takeaway and the local shop is well stocked. Unfortunately the pub in the village has closed but the Poachers Pocket is a half hour walk along the beach and serves from breakfast through to the evening. Lovely pub in Walcott….The Lighthouse. I think you could walk it given time but it was about 7/8 mins drive. Next time we’ll try the walk. The whole area has plenty to do and is beautiful. We will definitely be back!"

"The property is very tired and needs a complete refurb but that would be bearable if it were clean. Upon arrival I had to clean the inside of the microwave (even though the bottom was rotting out) to be able to use it to prepare our meal as the inside of the oven looked and smelt like a grease pit. The shower had back mold and a filthy drian trap, no bath mat and no heater in the the bathroom. The tiled floor were covered in sand and a death trap in slippers, we had to wear out trainers for thewhole holiday"

"Lovely holiday chalet in a quiet location and a stones throw from the beautiful beach. The welcome packs are greatly appreciated, so you can have a cuppa and biscuit as soon as you arrive, and then wash up with the cleaning supplies provided! Ideally placed for visiting Wroxham and Norwich as well as the coast. The only minor negatives are the worn sofa that you sink into and the unmade road to get to the site. But these wouldn’t put us off stopping again."

"Lovely area. Parking was great. Communication with host was great and there was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. We were even allowed to arrive earlier than stated. However, the chalet - although nice and tidy wasn’t as clean as it could have been and the beds weren’t comfortable - plus a few other things - which I have contacted the host about. It’s such a shame - as this chalet really could be great. Sadly I won’t be returning again. "

"The property was ideal for us -a couple with a dog. it might have been a squeeze for 4 people. If anything the chalet was over equipped as not much room for our own groceries but not complaining about that. "

"This was our second visit to the Dell. It’s in a perfect, quiet location, just a short walk from the shops and beautiful beach. The chalet was very clean and well equipped; the kitchen had every utensil we could need! The only thing that would improve our stay a little is the option of a slightly earlier check in, as the day is nearly over by 4 p.m., and slightly later checkout than 10 a.m. "
