"I was upgraded to an executive room, but the room was outdated and did not seem executive at all. The room I was assigned show signs of deterioration and need to be renovated. It is not worthy of a 5-star hotel."

"The choice for the breakfast was very good. The staff in the breakfast room and in the bar was very kind and helpful. Since I am very sensitive to noise I have asked at the reception early morning after the first night to change the room. They immediately took care of my requesting and I could change to a more quiet room. All in all I had a good stay at the hotel"

"Needed to be close to airport for early departure. There is a 5 min walking bridge to/from hotel which is great. Hotel is ideal, nice, and well kept. Restaurant by the pool was enjoyable."

"Excellent value stay, I felt really safe here. I’m glad that there are locked doors at every floor. I ordered lunch and dinner which is really convenient in this chaotic city. I suggest coming for grand Egyptian museum and pyramids for two days only. Cairo has 16th century vibe with a lot of honking cars around"

"Fantastic! We loved our stay at the Renaissance. We felt secure and well looked after by all the staff. It’s almost an entire resort in itself with several restaurants and bars. All the food was excellent. The pool area was well attended and clean but not crowded. There was an abundance of staff on hand ready to assist and serve at all times. Our room was cleaned spotless every day beyond expectations. We will be back."

"Breakfast was great and always fresh. The AC worked very well, the room was clean, and the housekeeping team was very polite and professional. The only issue I faced during this stay was with one of the reception staff members, who was uncooperative and did not follow the reservation details correctly. The situation became frustrating to the point that I was considering cancelling my stay. However, the Duty Manager, Mr. Ahmed Said, handled the situation professionally and resolved everything in the right way. Also, during check-out, Mr. Yousof Motaz was very cooperative, efficient, and helpful. Overall, thanks to the support and professionalism of the management team, my experience ended positively."
