"A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price. "

"This hotel was where we stayed the night before our 6am flight home, so we were mainly there for proximity to the airport. It's still 16 minutes drive from the airport but the closest I could find. The staff were really helpful in lining up the shuttle to/from the airport, but the shuttle is pretty expensive, at 55 Euros at 4:30am. (35 Euros during the day.) "Breakfast was great and varied. The hotel was cozily nestled along a side street in the center of many walkable sites. While the humidity seemed to impact the ability to keep the bathroom completely spotless, the cleaning staff were very attentive daily. Most of all, the front desk staff took the time to help identify sites to see, restaurants to eat at, and places to avoid.
