"Property was in a great location on the boardwalk. All arrangements were made thru Beachview Rentals. Beds and bedding were fine. BBQ grill in upper unit did not work, so we used 2 sections on lower unit's grill. 2 gas burners did not light on the stove in lower unit. Had to buy coffee filters (we left the rest for the next renter).Garage door definitely needs maintenance (grease or lubricant) but at least it works.Otherwise, we had a very fun 4 days, and I thank Beachview for providing earlier check in time and 11am departure."

"The property was very clean and had everything I needed to go to the beach as well as in the home. The location was great! Right on the board walk with ocean views. The electricity went out at the entire property all day but I was not there so it didn’t impact me until the evening for the internet and tv but the hosts were quick to respond and happy to help."

"We had a great stay, the house easily accommodated our family with so many rooms and each having its own bathroom is a real plus. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, and the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, lots of space to hang out, and parking for 5 cars is a real plus! The property does need some maintenance and updating though and would benefit from new outdoor seating suctions as we do spend a lot of time there."

"This property was very nice! To be noted…. There is no A/C (which IS listed, just hard to find in the listing), also it looks like this property is ground level; it is not. None of these things are a deal breaker for this property. Overall the gist was very responsive and the property was clean. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend!"
