The room was super clean and had everything you need, and the robes were such a great touch. The cleanliness was amazing, and the sauna was so relaxing you definitely need to try it when staying here. I loved my peaceful morning walk by the lake and the bonfire at night. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I have been to big bear many times in the past, and staying here...

"The room was clean and simple ,pretty standard. Location was perfect. We walked to the village. The lake was only about 3 minute walk , feel like a private lake. Not a lot of people, only the hotel guests. We were happy with the stay. We left one night early because we didn’t want to get stuck in traffic coming down"
