"The hotel smelt very bad the room needed carpet cleaning and the staff too slow at reception I arrived at 3.30pm and expected my room to be ready but I had to wait a hr for the room to be cleaned I had travelled 9 hours to new dehli to wait on another occasion my key stopped working and had to wait until someone came with new key "

Very well done. Excellent stay. Every staff we connected were excellent but Chef Puran and Ritik were excellent. Aman at reception was very helpful as well. "
