Good location, everything I needed. I stayed in a studio near the lifts and it felt a little bit like living in a fish bowl - open for all to see but once I got over that it was fine. Very good value.

This place was in the perfect location for us and had everything we needed (fridge, two separate bedrooms, parking etc), so it was a delight staying here. We met 2 receptionist. Although one of them wasn't friendly, Tracy is awesome! Do I recommend staying here? I sure do! Thank you Tracy!

Good accommodation, pillows could have been a bit better, beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower could be a bit better. Very spaciuos for a family of 4 with the 2 seperate bedrooms

Better than it looks in pics

Very comfy. Walking distance to sovereign hill. Warm welcome with the heater on for us. The pictures don't do any justice to this place. It is so much better than it looks. Overall i was impressed.

Nice stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. The town house suited our family's needs perfectly and had great car parking. Reception were very helpful with any requests. There are some good places in easy walking distance including an awesome cafe, good indian and reasonable chinese restaurant. And a quick drive to the CBD and other attractions.

So bad

So dirty the bathroom floor towel turned black on the floor after one shower. Overall not cleaned regularly or close enough to our stay. Window too high to reach and knob broken, so slept in thermals and trackies. Bed like a plank of wood. Place was called Sovereign Views and all we could see was the draughty hallway. Reception not in when we enquired (a few times). Left two nights early

Our 2 bedroom Sovereign View Apartment was ideal for our purpose. While on the cosy size almost everything you need was there. A serated or sharper carving knife for the kitchen,and one less squeaky bedroom door and it would have been a 5.

Great staff & comfortable.

I've stayed here with my basketball team the same weekend 3 years in a row now & it just seems to be the perfect spot to rest for the evening. Staff are super friendly and are great with requests. Highly recommend this venue and the value for money is second to none.

Lady at reception was lovely. When my car wouldn’t start when leaving at check out so she let us keep the room key to wait inside where it was warmer for RACV to arrive.

Felt like a cramp up had to go outside to feel better. Bed was very bad and on room in the shower Toilet roller on top of you.

Stayed one night in a two bedroom townhouse. It was lovely. Modern, comfy and very clean. We will be back again next time we have something on in Ballarat. The lady that checked us in was also very nice. I have nothing negative to say about the apartment.
