"The hotel itself has a weird layout; and there is major construction going on next door, so if you have an ocean view (not ocean front) be prepared for it to be loud daily until 5 PM. The night staff was great, but we were harassed on checkout day. I was given permission to check out at 12, but at 11:01, 11:03 and 11:05 our door was knocked on asking us to leave. We gave the same answer that we had permission. At 11:07, the front desk the called very hastily and demand we leave. I explained for the 4th time we were given permission to check out at 12. Will not return, we will stay in Pensacola Beach next time "

"Beach view was great! Staff is excellent. The breakfast included made-to-order omlet. Choices of several veges and meats includeed. It appears to be an older building and the room was updated. Our room appeared to have all new furnishings and new bathroom fixtures."

Melissa was an excellent host and very helpful, communicated very well and was very accommodating, easy access to the beach which as great, amenities were good and the washer and dryer were truly appreciated and very helpful, convenient to everything in the area, quiet and peaceful property, will definitely recommend staying if visiting Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola area! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable with 4 adults and a foreign exchange student - it was a great experience for her especially the Mardi Gras parades! "

"Host was great. Unit was what we wanted. No snow anywhere. Host was easy to contact. If needed. Onsite properly mgr. easily accesabke. On call if needed. The unit was comfortable. We felt relaxed from arriving till leaving. Staff at facility was top notch. Plenty of staff, including security. They were invisible and non-intrusive. Views and upkeep of property wonderful. "

"Property was nice, golf cart did NOT work and they were UNWILLING to find ANY kind of solution, no exchange with other property, no discount just excuse after excuse. management did not care at all- excuse after excuse with no solution even offered. I own property and would NEVER treat a customer like this there is no excuse of “it’s a holiday”."
