"Had an issue with the ac in the middle of the night, I could have alerted the staff and I’m sure they would have helped but it was in the middle of me sleeping and would have been worse to wait up or change rooms at that time. Everything else was excellent."

"The hotel is amazing. The pictures on the site does not give the true essence. It's stunning. Clean fresh rooms. Excellent lighting. The staff are amazing extremely polite and friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately we only had breakfast, however that was 10/10.... Can not wait to return. Yiu will not be disappointed."

"Couples Tower Isle is a hidden gem! I loved almost everything! The amenities were amazing as was the staff. All inclusive truly meant all inclusive from the airport transfers and meals to the incredible activities like paddle boards, hydro bikes, and sailing. I only had a few complaints, like the in-room mini bar. You receive full preopened liquor bottles. I know these are passed from guest to guest and that’s not safe. I also feel like the liquor there is likely watered down. I drank a lot and never felt tipsy. The jacuzzi tub in our room was old and the jets weren’t powerful. Lastly, I was a bit disappointed in the spa. The couples massage was almost $400 and was just meh. All in all, I will definitely return. The pros definitely outweighed the cons."
